We hope you’ll love your new furniture products, but in the unlikely event that you received a faulty product here’s how we can help:
WARRANTY AND DAMAGE
The SharpSpeech LLC Limited Consumer Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our authorized online stores.
If a Product is defective in materials or workmanship, SharpSpeech LLC will repair or, at SharpSpeech LLC’s option, replace the affected product at no charge, or refund the purchase price for the affected product if repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
You may contact us via email. Our customer care team will be in touch within 1-2 working days to schedule an inspection. To facilitate repair service for items purchased via our online store, please keep your original email confirmation and invoice as proof of purchase.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Most items may be returned for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Some exceptions apply. Eligible items are classified as either Faulty, Non-Faulty (Change-of-Mind), or Damaged On Arrival (DOA) returns. For all returns, please contact our customer service team for product return arrangements. Once a return is approved it must be shipped back to Steelcase within 14 days of approval to ensure that we can process the return in a timely manner. Shipments postmarked after the 14 day period may be refused, or additional restocking fees may apply.
Faulty Returns: If the goods are found to be faulty within 14 days of delivery, customers are entitled for either a full refund or replacement. SharpSpeech LLC will cover round-trip shipping on Faulty returns. For an item to qualify as faulty, the product must have a demonstrable fault or defect. If the product works as intended but the customer is not satisfied with finish, comfort, adjustability, or other functions, this would not qualify as a Faulty return, and would instead be classed as a Change-of-Mind return.
Non-Faulty (Change-of-Mind) Returns: If the product is not faulty or defective, but you still wish to return it, you can do so within 14 days of completion of delivery. The Customer is responsible for costs of returning the product to SharpSpeech LLC. Products should be returned in as-new condition, (not damaged or deformed, no stains, and no signs of wear or use), with all included packaging, parts, and documentation. Change of mind returns are subject to a standard 25% restocking fee. If the goods are not returned in as-new condition, we reserve the right to refuse refund or impose additional restocking fees. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
Shipping Errors, Wrong Items, & Damaged On Arrival Items: If your goods arrive defective or in a damaged state, or the item you receive does not match what you ordered, please email customer service with your order number and a brief explanation of the situation. You will be emailed the steps for completing a return or exchange. Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy, etc, should be made within 48 hours of delivery – claims will not be accepted after this time.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
In the event that you would like to cancel or change your order please immediately contact customer service. Upon contact we will check if the item has shipped yet. If the item has not yet shipped we will in good-will issue an order modification or cancellation with no charge. Please note that once your order has shipped, we will be unable to change or cancel your order and you must instead initiate a request for return.
PRICE DROPS AND PROMOTIONS
If a product has decreased in price after ordering due to price changes or promotions enacted by SharpSpeech LLC, you are entitled to a partial refund for the difference. Any request for partial refund must be made within 5 calendar days of delivery. Please note that the eligibility is based on the same country of origin in which the product was ordered.
